Massage from Citi Card CEO

Last week, I received a mass email from the Citi Card CEO Jud Linville announcing some minor changes:

The changes are not major, but the changes are improvements:

1) No fee for expedited payment over the phone

2) No fee for statement copies

3) Flexibility to pay your account with autopay

We should never complain about improvements.
