Triple Points on JetBlue from DCA

JetBlue is celebrating its new spots at DCA (Washington National) by offering triple points for all flights to and from DCA.

I was excited for this promotion as I have my first JetBlue flight later this month. As I wrote early this year, one of the new routes JetBlue is adding from National is to Hartford, Connecticut. My excitement for the promotion was quickly diminished after reading the terms and conditions.

To qualify for the bonus points, only tickets booked after registering count. : (

Either way, I am excited to try out JetBlue.

Triple Hilton Points and Miles At Participating Las Vegas Hotels

I know that there are many people who would list dozens of hotels that they would want to stay at in Las Vegas before they stayed at a simple Hilton property, but if your travels take you to Vegas and the Hilton's are an option for you, you might want to take advantage of Hilton's latest promotion that I received via e-mail last night.

They are offering triple rewards points on stays at certain hotels in the Las Vegas area, including a number near the airport if you happen to need an airport hotel. 

The best part of this promotion is the triple miles don't just apply to HHonors points, but they also apply to your airline partner of choice that you can use to double-dip with your Hilton stays. When you sign up for the promotion you will want to make sure that your profile lists your preferred airline partner with your frequent flyer number and that your earning profile says that you want to earn "Double Points & Miles." That way you will get both the hotel and airline points for your stay.

Not the best option for Vegas I'm sure, but I hope it might help a few people out!
